Delivery.
Your order will be delivered directly to your door within 5 to 10 days. If you include your email address when you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready to be delivered.
You can check your order status by signing into "my account"
In the unlikey event that your parcel has not arrived after 10 days please contact us for a prompt response where we will deal with your query and provide you with a new delivery update.
Return.
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, or you order is faulty you must report it immediately and return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Return the item un-used in its original condition and packaging by registered post to our address, with a reason for the refund or exchange. The address can be found in your invoice.
Only at Luxury Goods discretion would special orders be accepted for returns and refund.
IMPORTANT: When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price.
We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery (in the UK only ), which includes insurance. If you do not insure the package and keep a receipt of insurance you will be held responsible should any loss or damage occur.
